When you receive your delivery if you are un-happy or concerned about the condition in which the package has arrived, please take pictures before opening it in case your items have been damaged in transit. Having these images will help us resolve your situation quickly & efficiently as we only use fully tracked & insured couriers when sending your order.

When you open your package, please ensure you check the goods thoroughly & notify us immediately of any issues or concerns you have about their condition or what you have received.

Even if you have purchased online we are happy for you to return in person to our St.Albans depot & if a resolution can not be found at this time we aim to resolve this for you with 72 hours.

Our Policy

As an online store we highly value our customers rights & our return policy is designed to ensure that all distance selling regulations & consumer rights are protected.

All items must be returned with a copy of your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.

Regardless of refund or exchange all items must be received by us ina perfect packaged & resalable condition including manufacturers original packaging e.g labels, tags & any shrink wrapping.

14 days refund: We are happy to offer a full refund to your original payment method on any goods which are returned to us in a perfect packaged & resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges: If you want to return an item after the item has been in your care after 14 days from receipt& up to 30 days, we reserve the right to only offer an exchange or E-voucher for the value of your item. In extenuatingcircumstances, we may offer exchange outside 30 days, entirely at our discretion.

Damaged & faulty goods: When returning faulty or damaged goods please email us with your order number, clear images of the issue you have experienced & the overall condition of the item. Once our team has assessed the images, we will take the necessary action to get you issue resolved.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to fully assessitems with a potential fault or damaged item, within a fair wear & tear policy, before offering repair or replacement as required by the nature of the issue. Products damaged by excessive use, misuse or incorrect product care would invalidate any warranty or protected rights under distance selling regulations.

Over-seas returns:

We aim to offer full support to pour international customers. If you wish to return an item for any reason please contact us first by email, fully detailing your case so we can work with you to find the most effective solution.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any import costs for returned goods &will notaccept liability for any costs incurred as a result of deliveries not passing customs for any reason.
